State v. Omanwa
Motion to Suppress - Speeding and Swerving
By:
Adam Bantner
Motion to Suppress addressed to illegal stop based on alleged speeding and failure to maintain lane violations. The Motion also addresses the time it took the DUI officer to arrive on scene, reasonable supsicion to request field sobriety exercises, and probable cause to arrest and request breath test.
Motion did not get litigated because the State offered my client a plea to reduced charge of reckless driving, which he accepted.
