Pinnacle Security Complaint by Ctbigun

I purchased a system, giving them SS#, debit card#, DOB. Five days later approx. $500. came out of my bank acct. The next month they called for new card number due to bank canceling old card. I gave new card number two days later approx. $700. was taken out. Their legal dept. says I can't prove it was one of their employees. I can't cancel without paying off contract. When I asked the salesman why he needed all my info. he stated it was safe no one would get it. Pinnacle Security is wrong, this can't just be coincident.
