To informed and experienced readers, could you please enlighten me on the following. Is simultaneous interpretation in small meetings, without booths, using portable transmitter/receivers, a practical, efficient, viable means of interpretation? The situations are non-scripted natural dialogic language, fast exchanges, debates and the likes with very few if no formal (mostly) one-way speech like presentations.
