Three Cedartown residents arrested for manufacturing/trafficking methamphetamine - Atlanta Crime | Examiner.com
Three Cedartown residents have been as a result of a four month investigation by thePolk County Narcotics Enforcement Team into trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and sales of methamphetamine in Polk County.

According to NET Team commander, Captain Michael McGee, The Narcotics Enforcement Team recently obtained information regarding the illegal distribution of methamphetamine from 115 N. Estes Street Cedartown, GA. This information allowed officers to secure a search warrant for the search of the residence located at 115 N. Estes Street.

On the evening of May 23rd, 2011, agents of the Polk County Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team executed the narcotics related search warrant. Through the investigation and the execution of the arrest report, officers determined that the three residents were in possession of more than quarter pound of methamphetamine, digital scales, and packaging materials. During the search of the residence agents also located a loaded .9mm handgun.

Arrested were:

Leyber Santana Pineda, age 33, of 115 North Estes Street in Cedartown was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug related object and possession of a firearm during the commission of crime.

Hubert Santana Pineda, age 28, of 115 North Estes Street in Cedartown was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug related object and possession of a firearm during the commission of crime.

Rosalba Duarte Pineda, age 22, of 115 North Estes Street in Cedartown was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug related object and possession of a firearm during the commission of crime.
