This is the most reasonably priced apartment complex in the area. It is very pleasant, and maintenance is timely. Plain inside, but in good repair. Pretty palm trees at the pools.

I have lived here about a year and since day one there has been millions of problems.ill start with the staff,they dont care guess they get paid enofe to turn away or ignore any problems you have trash,people,and all of the above.noise.well first week here and first couple mounths as well were awful!!there were people up stairs partying all the time, and flooding there apartment which leaked into mine,not to mention them trying to start fights if you say anything to them.dont wash your clothes here! the machines are always broken..and the only thing you can do about it is call some number.over and over.on top of that its 4.50 to wash and dry ONE load of clothes because u have to dry them at least twice to get them damp.they do not run background checks on the trash they let move in here!!!!!
