crimemyths : Message: The truth about Barbara Bivins!!
I'm going to take part in all of this bashing now. I've done some
talking to people over the past few days that have lived in Alcorn
County for 23 – 57 years. Barbara Bivins only claim to fame is that
she once dated Elvis Presley. Well, that doesn't make her famous.
Elvis had a lot of women. Now see, back long before Barbara wrote
her poor book "Tommy & Me", which can only be bought from Barbara,
Priscilla Presley wrote a BEST SELLER titled "Elvis & Me", that can
be bought in any book store. Now that leads some of the people I
talked to in Alcorn Co. to believe that Barbara never got over her
obsession with The King. But 6 out of the 8 people I talked to said
they never heard of Barbara dating Elvis. So that must mean that
Barbara took the next thing, Tommy, and made him her Elvis. Now….

I'm confused as to why Barbara calls her forum that she took over
from someone else (so she could promote her, you know, so-called
book) the "Little Chicago" and "The State Line Mob" forum. Because
according to some of Barbara's recent posts, the Stateline Mob never
existed. "It was a name made up by Morris to promote his book,"
Bivins has said over and over. If Morris made it up and Bivins said
the "Mob" never existed, then why is she using it to promote the
forum? If things at the state line weren't as violent as the REAL
books written exclaim, then what is the point in having a discussion
board about a town regarded as "Little Chicago" due to the violence
that took place that was in comparison to Chicago, IL in the 1920's
& 30's? If Tommy Bivins wasn't a member of this "Mob" or if he
wasn't a crooked criminal, then why write a book about her life with
him? People just don't sit down and write books about their
unpopular spouses and publish it. See, even Barbara is trying to use
Tommy's name to make a profit or fame for herself.

Now, from what ALL 8 people told me, Barbara Drewry has been "crying
for attention since she was a school girl." We've read several posts
on her forum about her praising herself for her great
accomplishments. People say Barbara has TRIED to make herself into
Greek goddess on her own. I guess she thought dating Elvis would be
the kicker, but I'd never heard of Barbara Bivins until I started
reading her selfish lies on her personal forum. She boasts of being
the daughter of a former State Representative (who cares?), she
brags (and possibly lies) about being the prettiest girl in her
school (there were probably like 6 girls in her school), she LIES
about shooting the hat off a man for injuring a horse, she
DEFINITELY LIES about being named an honorary member of the Alcorn
Co. Sheriff's Dept. so she could show her great marksmanship
(another lie). See, Barbara's problem stems from her jealousy of
Buford Pusser. He was, and still is, more popular than Barbara. He
IS the celebrity that Barbara thrived to be (Elvis sunk her fame).
Since Pusser is known WORLDWIDE for is bravery, Barbara is jealous.
So she bashes him all the time. And since he is no longer alive, she
does it wide open. I figure she had a thing for Pusser in the 60's &
he shunned her. See Pusser was bigger and a celebrity. Bivins feels
as if Pusser stole her chance at fame.

Since Barbara wasn't famous like the others from the Stateline Mob
(Barbara wasn't Stateline Mob material, so she was never allowed to
join), she is trying to write books, using he Tommy's name and
popularity, to help her gain at least some fame around her
neighborhood. Barbara Bivins is not mentioned in ANY documentaries
or books about the Stateline Mob, except for the books SHE writes.
She claims W.R. Morris "stole her thunder", or book, and used it.
But yet, she calls Morris a liar. Barbara Bivins says ALL of the
stories written about the Stateline Mob are lies, and that only her
book tells the truth. That's ONE book versus several other books,
articles, and documentaries made over the past 30 years. But you can
only find Barbara's book for sale in her garage. So if Morris is a
liar who stole her book, then she wrote what Morris published, which
is the truth.

Another thing that Barbara lies about is how she claims to have been
around and seen what really happened. See, Barbara thinks she is
Wonderwoman. She thinks she was glorified by Louise Hathcock (but
probably once used as profit for Louise). But the truth is Louise
Hathcock probably didn't even know who Barbara Bivins was. If you
listen to Barbara, there weren't ANY crooks or crime at the
stateline. She claims ONLY Buford Pusser was doing wrong. But NOBODY
believes that except for Barbara (remember, Pusser stole her fame).
Barbara makes Jack & Louise Hathcock, Carl "Toehead" White, Kirksey
Nix, TOMMY BIVINS, "Pee Wee" Walker, Kinnie Wagner, Ben Collins,
George McGann, and ALL of the other Stateline Mob members sound like
high priests. Now, look at that list. Can you name one of those
people who had never murdered another person? Those names are
mentioned in other publications as violent criminals. And yes, Tommy
Bivins shot, AND KILLED, "Nimbo" Price. LAW ENFORCEMENT officials
say Nimbo's gun was still in his pocket. Sounds like a cold murder
to me. I don't have to mention all the vice, robberies, and murders
that took place around Theresa's Truck Stop and the El-Ray Motel.
The great high priest "Toehead" White was murdered in front of the
El-Ray. I don't have to mention anything about Kirksey Nix. We all
know, that is all of America knows he was head of the notorious and
bloody Dixie Mafia, founded in Arkansas. And several members of the
Stateline Mob were Dixie Mafia members as well.

And the funniest thing of all, Barbara Bivins claims (and wishes)
that Buford Pusser staged and murdered his own wife and then tried
to pin it on Kirksey Nix and "Toehead" White. Barbara was even more
jealous because Pusser didn't pin it on her. That would have mad her
famous outside of her neighborhood. Then she wouldn't have had to
waste all of her time having re-write a book to make W.R. Morris
sound like a liar. See, the real liar is Barbara. She'll lie just to
have something to do. I mean, she is 1 of like 4 people who post on
her lying forum more than once a month. The other 3 just stand
behind her and say "yeah……if that's what Barbara says, then that's
what we say `cause neither her nor us really know what's going on."

I'll probably get kicked off Barbara's Buford Pusser Haters Forum
for this, but I'll post it on a few other forums for people to read
about Barbara's credibility.

And how could I leave this out. Kirksey Nix has a website. On the
front page of this site, he talks about the Stateline Mob members
and Buford Pusser. Now, Barbara Bivins says the website must be a
fake because Nix didn't mention anything about her book. She CLAIMS
she had sent him a copy of "Elvis & Me", I mean, I'm sorry, I was
thinking about the BEST SELLER. I meant to say "Tommy & Me". See,
now she has a vendetta against Nix because he didn't mention her on
his website. Well, IF Nix has read her book; he probably thinks it
is a bunch of crap like the rest of us does. Which is why he didn't
mention it on his website. Barbara Bivins will never get the fame
she screams for. But here is her fame: an old man in Corinth told me
this about Barbara Bivins, "you know how everyone in a town knows or
has heard of the craziest person in the town? They are always
telling others to stay clear of the crazy person. Well, that crazy
person around Corinth is Barbara Bivins." I just fell to the floor
laughing!!
