Nightmare. We lived with a hornet nest in one of the bedrooms for an entire month. After that, the hole in the ceiling where the hornets entered was never repaired, and a major leak from the ceiling began. This lasted for the entire duration of the lease. For the last two months of the lease we went without a working oven, after the landlord said to flip the switch and we said it still didn't work he simply said, "oh, okay" and then never sent anyone to repair it or even talked about doing so. There were other major issues, like an a shower that was never caulked and leaked all over the floor for the first few months, still never fixed. The front door was never fixed even though neighbors complained that it was an eyesore. There were holes in the wall, missing banisters, broken windows, and not to mention the place was disgusting upon moving in. To top it all off they invented a bunch of bullshit fees upon moving out and didn't return half of our security deposit. They were apparently going to charge us for items that were broken when we moved in and to clean the floors. TOTAL SCAM/ NEVER EVER consider renting from Ivy Li/Keller Williams Realty.
