Officers responded to the 1200 block of N. Ocean Boulevard around 1:15 a.m. Witnesses told police they saw Williams who was driving a Chevrolet Caprice, speeding in the northbound lane of the road. They also told police he struck a blue and silver car in the rear driver's side, continued northbound, and struck a convertible car in front of the Blue Bay Resort.
