(He must have been terrified. Post traumatic stress is a very real condition. I would say it's a testament to his strength that he didn't automatically run or just flat out have heart failure this time.)
Rodney King had only been pulled over for a minor traffic misdemeanour. Running a red light.
(The pictures here are horrifying. these are the people we have allowed to safeguard us? Taxpayers, we pay for this? Police still do what they want, hate to tell you all. They are just sneakier.)
