She raised the rent after having the appliances replaced with subquality appliances and didn't fix rotting deck railing until we moved out and is trying to charge us for things we didn't do. There is mold in the house from frequent leaks and flooding. There is structural damage to the house that has not been attended to. No maintenance was done on the house for the 6 years that I lived there. The drains never worked properly no professional was ever called to fix anything, she sent her partner Richard over to fix things who is inept at fixing anything the skylight was leaking I had to put up with that for months. I had pots to collect the water all over my livingroom, he put in a new skylight and it still leaked when my boyfriend moved in he looked at it and use roofing cement to fix it it just needed to be sealed every year before the rains.
