First Data Merchant Service Complaint by Lifetherapy

I want to warn any small business person that First Data is the Merchant Services arm of Suntrust in Atlanta, Georgia. First Data's credit card machine has double charged my clients credit cards several times. I've had 3 FD machines, and all three have double charged clients by keeping the batch open from the previous day, even though I've closed the batch. FD claims that it was a software problem, but after 3 different machines, I've had so much frustration plus the damage to the integrity of my business has put a strain on me. First Data and Suntrust have not taken care of the problem and continues to ignore my pleas for help.
